After you've completed your order, you'll have the opportunity to upload all the videos and image files that will best personalize your videos. 

All videos will be processed using CapCut, a video editing software. To review and approve the videos, you will need to create a free CapCut account. Once we receive your order, we will begin producing the videos. If we have any questions, we will contact you directly to clarify the videos. Once a video is completed, we will send it to you for review and to make any necessary comments. Upon approval, we will deliver the final file or schedule it for you.

We can process your videos in up to 72 business hours. We process them in the order they are received, though we complete them as quickly as possible.
